ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) line pipes form the backbone of natural gas and oil transmission networks, engineered to withstand high internal pressure. Eren Boru stocks API 5L grade ERW line pipes to meet the natural gas pipe requirements of the construction and contracting sector.
Offering a wide strength grade range from X42 to X70, our products are available in outside diameters from 21.3 mm to 339.7 mm. Pipes are supplied plain end square cut or beveled, in black self-colored/uncoated finish, or with epoxy lining and coating, or 3-layer PE/PP coating, among other surface treatment options.
Every batch undergoes comprehensive non-destructive inspection including eddy current and ultrasonic testing, and is delivered with mill test certificates per EN 10204: 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2.
